The price applied is the one defined on the date you placed the order.

All transactions conducted through this online store are handled and transacted by third parties dedicated to leaks so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SSL encryption. The available payment methods are as follows: Visa, Mastercard e American Express.
Processing
At this time, we only ship to the European Union and the UK.
Your order will ship within 7 business days unless you are purchasing a pre-order item. In this case, we will keep the other items so that we can later ship the complete order. In this case, you can request partial shipments, with additional shipping costs. In case you want to receive the items already available immediately, just contact us at info@filipealbuquerque.com.

Your order may be delayed if it is customized. If I’m out of the country, it may take a little longer until I’m available to autograph a product or write a dedication. I will always try to be brief but I thank you in advance for your understanding.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number and details via email.
From the date the order is shipped, it has an estimated delivery time of 48 hours in mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 working days for other European countries and up to 3 weeks for islands (especially islands with fewer connections, according to the information provided to us by the transport company).
If you are not at home during delivery hours (from Monday to Friday, during working hours), I recommend that you indicate an alternative address as a signature may be requested at the time of delivery.
If you have chosen a pre-order item, this period only starts after the shipment.
Order cancellation before shipping
You can cancel any order, as long as it has not yet been prepared. Send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the parts will still be sent to you, you will only have to refuse them upon receipt. Items will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only after we have received the parts minus the initial shipping costs).
We do not accept returns or cancellations for personalised orders.
