Filipe Albuquerque Lda is a company established in Portugal and the customer is responsible for the payment of any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the country of destination for delivery. No customs charges will apply to orders delivered in European Union countries.
From the date they are shipped, orders have an estimated delivery time of 48 hours in Mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 working days for other European countries and up to 3 weeks for islands (especially islands with fewer connections, according to the information provided to us by the transport company). Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed by the shipping company.
If you are not at home during delivery hours (which is Monday through Friday, during working hours), I recommend that you indicate an alternative address as a signature may be requested at the time of delivery.
If you have chosen a pre-order item, this period only starts after the shipment.
Products from the online store can be personalized, with an autograph or dedication. For this reason, they may take longer to be sent. Delivery times are counted from the dispatch date.
You can cancel any order, as long as it has not yet been prepared. Send us an email (shop@filipealbuquerque.com) and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be sent to you anyway, you will only have to refuse them upon receipt. The items will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only after we have received the products minus the initial shipping costs).
We do not accept returns or cancellations for personalized orders.
If you choose to decline your order, you will be responsible for any fees the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order.
If your order has been returned to our store, you will be responsible for repaying the shipping costs so that we can ship it again. If the order is not claimed within 8 days, you will be responsible for any fees that may occur and for shipping the order to our Portuguese address. This amount will be withdrawn when we refund your order.
Please note that local taxes (sales tax, customs duties) may apply depending on your region and your local customs duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Exchanges and returns
It is not possible to make exchanges.
It is possible to return the item(s) purchased at the Filipe Albuquerque store. All returns must reach our office within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving them, counting from the date of delivery.

The return of any item must reach our address (Rua Gomes Freire 83, 3000-204 Coimbra, Portugal) within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving it. You can receive a refund of the purchase price of the products excluding shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.
If our tests prove that the items have already been used or exchanged, we will not accept them. Items will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows tracking, as we are not responsible for the loss of your return.
To return an order, just follow these steps:
1. Start by confirming that the item does not show any signs of use.
2. Then place it in our box and enclose a copy of the receipt with your name and order number.
3. Use a tracking shipping option, as we are not responsible for the loss of any order. If you live outside the European Union, you must indicate on the customs declaration that this is a refund and that the value is 0 euros.
